About

Delta County Communities That Care (CTC) is a community-driven organization focused on promoting healthy youth development, reducing substance use, and building resilience in Delta County, Michigan. We work with local schools, parents, youth, law enforcement, and healthcare providers to implement evidence-based prevention programs, provide mentoring, and support positive youth engagement. Our goal is to equip young people and strengthen the community through collaboration, education, and support.
