Botvin LifeSkills is dedicated to helping youth develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive in a complex and changing world.

Proven effective

The Botvin LifeSkills Training (LST) program is proven to reduce tobacco, alcohol, and illicit drug use by up to 80%, with multiple drug use reduced by up to 66%. Long-term studies show these positive effects can last up to 12 years. With high student engagement and an average curriculum adherence rate of 86%, LST is a cost-effective prevention program—saving $45 for every $1 spent—making it a powerful tool for building healthier futures in Delta County.
