Our Story

About Delta County Communities That Care (CTC)

Delta County Communities That Care (CTC) is a coalition dedicated to fostering a healthier, safer community by reducing youth substance use and promoting positive mental health. We work collaboratively with local schools, law enforcement, healthcare providers, parents, youth, and community organizations to implement evidence-based prevention programs and strategies that address the unique challenges facing our community. Our mission is to empower youth, strengthen families, and create lasting, positive change.

How We Are Funded

Delta County CTC is funded through a combination of grants and contributions, including support from the NorthCare Network, Great Lakes Recovery, the Michigan Prevention Network, as well as local and federal grants. These resources enable us to provide critical prevention programming, community education, and support services.

About the Director

Patrick Bradway serves as the Director of Delta County CTC. Residing in Escanaba with his wife and their three children, Patrick brings years of experience in prevention work and nonprofit leadership. His commitment to reducing substance use and improving the well-being of Delta County’s youth drives the coalition’s efforts. Patrick is dedicated to creating impactful programs that equip youth and families with the skills and support needed to thrive.

Our Board

Delta County CTC is led by a diverse and committed board of community members representing multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, law enforcement, youth organizations, and local businesses. Our board members work together to guide the coalition’s vision, set strategic priorities, and ensure our programs effectively meet the needs of Delta County’s youth and families. They play a vital role in shaping the direction of our coalition and supporting our mission of building a stronger, healthier community.

Our Fiduciary

The Community Foundation for Delta County serves as the fiduciary for Delta County CTC. This partnership ensures financial oversight, transparency, and accountability for all coalition funds. The Foundation manages the coalition’s grants, donations, and financial transactions, allowing us to focus on our mission of empowering youth and strengthening families.
